Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir jeudi 30 septembre à partir de 18H pour l'exposition : "SILKSCREEN" du célèbre photographe japonais Keizo Kitajima. Cette exposition conjointement réalisée avec la galerie in)(between de Paris et l'artiste Keizo Kitajima reviendra sur quelques-unes des séries majeures de l'artiste en proposant des sérigraphies en édition limitée.
Keizo Kitajima, légendaire membre de la "IMAGE SHOP CAMP" fondée en 1976 par Daido Moriyama et ses élèves, et achevé en 1984 ont réalisé plus de 200 expositions.
La sérigraphie a toujours occupé une place importante dans la production des images japonaises comme notamment pendant l'année 1974/75 où les élèves de la classe de Moriyama ont fait des ateliers de sérigraphie et ont organisé une exposition ensuite. (Source Workshop n°8).
Le fort contraste des photographies noir et blanc réalisé par Keizo Kitajima ne peut qu’être sublimé par cet art !

This exhibition produced with in)(between gallery in Paris and the artist Keizo Kitajima will look back on some of the artist's major series by offering limited edition silkscreens.
Keizo Kitajima, legendary member of the "IMAGE SHOP CAMP" 1979-1984, established in 1976 by Daido Moriyama and his students, together produced over 200 exhibitions.
Screen printing has always occupied an important place in the production of Japanese images, especially during the years 1974/75 when the members of CAMP with Moriyama held different screen-printing workshops and then organized the exhibition “Source Workshop n ° 8”.
The strong contrast of the black and white photographs made by Keizo Kitajima can only be sublimated into this art!
